Welcome to the Bailey Rail team

Bailey Rail and Logistics would like to welcome Cyril Manatunga to our senior leadership team who joins us in February 2025 as Head of Finance. 

Cyril is a Sri Lankan national, charted accountant who graduated from the university of Columbo in 2012 with a master’s degree in business finance.

Cyril has held a number of senior financial accounting roles with global organisations and regularly provides lectures to accounting student’s at the university of Columbo. Cyril plays a key role in coordinating and supporting various charities across Sri Lanka.
